My father is one of the most brilliant businessmen I know so if he told me something was do-able..it was.
I remember complaining to him about the lack of funding I had to start a project that I really wanted to do.

I can no longer remember exactly what it was, but it makes little difference because
the outcome remains the same. He told me, "Frankie, anyone can do it with money.
Let’s see what you can do without it." There it was, a personal challenge. I could walk
away and say forget it, it’s too hard, OR, I could challenge my thinking to figure out another solution.

Well I did figure it out and now this is my mantra. Why go right to money, when there may be
and even BETTER way to create something you want without it.

Why not try this same approach yourself before you start your next project, and you will find that it stretches your imagination
and opens your creative channels.

My Dad was right. Anyone CAN do it with money, but you CAN also
do whatever you want without it too. We are living proof.

You will need to open yourself up to solutions that may never have been used before, you may need to
learn to negotiate, or perhaps seek out 3rd party opportunities etc.. Whatever you need ,I bet you can do it
with less money than you ever thought possible.

Have you been following Eckhart Tolle and Oprah discuss his book A NEW EARTH?

Chapter 3 is all about our Ego. What is our Ego? Our Ego is our illusory self. It is the voice inside our head
that complains, that wants, that identifies itself with things.

About five years ago, I was in a horrific motorcycle accident. I ended up in the hospital for five months.

During the first month, I thought a lot about what I was losing, and by the time the second month came around
those losses were adding up. I lost my job, my husband, my motorcycle and the 3 clubs I belonged too, my
place in the band as a drummer, my car that I loved to drive, my dog, my friends, and being home raising my children.

Absolutely EVERYTHING I identified with, the things I thought made up ‘me’, were gone.

I was left stripped and bare asking God, who am I?
Eckhart describes a similiar situation in his book. He calls this ‘limit-situation. He says that it is common after a tragedy
like war or an accident like what I went through, for the ‘victim’ to experience a sense of peace and rightness
and freedom. After the Panic was gone, the peace settled in.
This is because my ego had collapsed. All the forms that my ego had identified with, were now gone.

The truth is that who " I am " the person I thought i was, had nothing to do with things at all.
The real ‘I AM’ is our spirit being freed and the real who ‘ I AM’ (frankie) is not the car I drive, the house I own, the celebrities I know or how
much money I make. Who I really am is Consciousness . Yes I am Consciousness. How cool is that?

Bye the way…so are you! When you can recognize the voice inside your head recognizing the voice thats speaking ( the speaker is your ego) then you are
on your way to enlightenment as well.

Connecting Your Chakras to the Earth the Moon and the Sun by Alijandra

· Greetings in the Love and Light of the Source! I wish to give you a great technique to link you consciously to our Earth and the two main celestial bodies essential to its functioning. This connecting will expand your awareness, facilitate self-empowerment and a deep alignment with our Creator.

· Ground yourself and ask for divine protection.

· Turn all your 13 chakras 13 times in each direction, first clockwise, then counter-clockwise. This balances the male and female aspects of you.

I was just reminded again tonight how lucky we are to be living in the lap of luxury.

Some of you might be laughing and snickering right now thinking ‘ya right Frankie’ what luxury?’ But you are.

If you are reading this, that means you have an internet connection. You live in a house or an apartment,
and you are fortunate enough to own a computer.When was the last time you were reduced to the necessities?
Think back to Mazelows hierarchy of needs? Shelter, Food, Water, Sleep, breathing?

If you are feeling sorry for yourself, I would implore you to watch some of the video I have linked too below.
The woman you will be watching is my friend Ruth James. Ruth is a woman who works tirelessly for an organization called Aim to Change.
She works mainly in Uganda and parts of Pakistan to help orphans and families in refugee camps get food, medical attention and shelter.

Many of the children she seeks out have full blow aids, their parents are deceased and they live underneath the garbage dumps, and have done
so for years. She was once driving in the country side and saw a bit of garbage move, so she asked the driver to stop the car.
She got out of the car and walked over to where she thought she saw the movement. Underneath was a little boy. She asked him where his parents were
and why he was there. Like most of the children, his parents had died a few years back and he had been living there eating whatever food
he could scavenge. She asked him if he would like to come with her and go to a school. He would live in a nice dormitory and have regular meals.
He said he didn’t think so. He was used to the freedom of the dumps. She asked him for a hug. This embarrassed him. He said no.
He knew that he was very dirty and had bugs. He didn’t want her to get dirty too. Before leaving, she asked him again.
He said no thank you, he really was too embarrassed by his situation to go with her.

Ruth can tell you many heartbreaking stories of such horrific abuse perpetrated on these children that they will make you run to your bathroom and retch.
Stories that you don’t want to hear and no child should ever have to live through, yet they do.When I think of the just how cruel man can be to man,
it makes me so angry that I want to strike back, but I know that this isn’t the way.

The right way is through love, Ruth’s way. Help make these people self sufficient.

Ruth has started over 40 farming projects with more to come.

If you are brave enough to listen to her speak, I know that you will feel as I do. Part of being conscious is being aware of others who are around us.
It is our job to help those less fortunate than us.

Not because it’s the right thing to do, but because it’s the ONLY THING you can do. Please just ask yourself, What would LOVE do now?

I can only hope that those of you who watch this can find the gratitude in your heart for the lush life you live here, with the freedoms,
the ever present food, health care and abundance of services that will never allow your children to be faced with the horrors that these
innocent beautiful children of Uganda are faced with.

I have been working on putting together a charity that helps charities. A RESOURCE centre that helps them find items that they may need
and or match them with friends who want to help certain charities or countries etc.

If we tried to read this paragraph looking at each letter in each word, we’d be in big trouble.
Allowing the experience to occur, without effort, enables us to have a meaningful experience.

Take a moment to consider how this may apply to other aspects of life. When we attempt to interpret the behavior
of another, based on individual incidents, it’s like reading the individual letters—it won’t make sense. That’s where
we get in trouble. When we allow ourselves to see the behavior in the context of the whole person the meaning becomes clear.

Here’s another example of "the miracle of allowing." You’ll need a partner for this one. Face your partner and put your right hand out,
joining hand to hand as in a "high five." Tell your partner to resist as you "try" to move his hand.
Now repeat the process, but this time instead of "trying" to move your partner’s hand, allow your partner’s hand to be moved
while you apply the same amount of force as before and your partner attempts to resist as before.

To us, this demonstrates that "trying" is "trying." Allowing is doing.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO DIE

Any pain to be suffered comes first. Instinctively you fight to live.

That is automatic.

It is inconceivable to the conscious mind that any other reality could possibly exist beside the earth-world of matter
bounded by time and space. We are used to it. We have been trained since birth to live and thrive in it. We know ourselves
to be ourselves by the external stimuli we receive. Life tells us who we are and we accept its telling. That, too, is automatic, and to be expected.

Your body goes limp. Your heart stops. No more air flows in or out.

You lose sight, feeling, and movement – although the ability to hear goes last. Identity ceases. The "you" that you once
were becomes only a memory.

There is no pain at the moment of death.

Only peaceful silence. . . calm. . . quiet.

But you still exist.

It is easy not to breathe. In fact, it is easier, more comfortable, and infinitely more natural not to breathe than to breathe.
The biggest surprise for most people in dying is to realize that dying does not end life. Whether darkness or light comes next,
or some kind of event, be it positive, negative, or somewhere in-between, expected or unexpected, the biggest surprise of all is
to realize you are still you. You can still think, you can still remember, you can still see, hear, move, reason, wonder, feel, question, and tell jokes – if you wish.

You are still alive, very much alive. Actually, you’re more alive after death than at any time since you were last born.
Only the way of all this is different; different because you no longer wear a dense body to filter and amplify the various
sensations you had once regarded as the only valid indicators of what constitutes life. You had always been taught one has to wear a body to live.

If you expect to die when you die you will be disappointed.

The only thing dying does is help you release, slough off, and discard the "jacket" you once wore (more commonly referred to as a body).

When you die you lose your body.

That’s all there is to it.

Nothing else is lost.

You are not your body. It is just something you wear for a while, because living in the earthplane is infinitely more meaningful
and more involved if you are encased in its trappings and subject to its rules.
