Stressed Out

One day I hope to be one of those people who is organized and has everything together. Right now, I definitely don’t feel like I am anywhere close to that. I feel like I always manage to keep everything from falling apart, but I don’t do a great job at it. It’s stressful always feeling like I am one step away from disaster. My husband tells me I do a great job managing the family, but I never believe him. I think he loves me and tries to make me feel good since I am stressed out with the kids and the house. I always forget to do the simple things he asks me to, and then I feel so bad after. He asked me to go to http://www.cable.tv/cable-companies/ and change our cable package, and I put it off for two weeks before remembering. I am lucky that he isn’t too hard on me and that he doesn’t think that just because I don’t work it’s easy to keep the house in order. I don’t know what I did to deserve such a wonderful husband.

It's amazing how many people recently have been trying to understand why their relationships aren't successful..

Whenever anyone asks me 'why can't they meet someone nice to fall in love with'?'. I have to answer back, " you tell me!"

Generally speaking we are in control of our destiny…a least the bits we can control. I always encourage anyone to put themselves up to the Mirror test.

Mirror Mirror on the wall.. there's nothing wrong with me at all.. While this smacks of a wonderful self esteem, there is also a hidden flavor of narcissim, I don't have to change they do and the blame game.. it's never my fault.

What kind of vibes DO YOU give off. Are you friendly, do you smile when you meet people, are you timely, generous and kind? Are you easy to talk to or are you shy and reserved? Perhaps you belong to the other garden variety of  'seek'er" who beleives that they are great as they are..and 'if they don't like her -too bad, I'm comfortable and not changing.. Guess what else isn't changing- the type of men she meets.. Well honey, you can be comfortable all my yourself. , it's your perogative,  but if you were hoping to meet Mr. Right or even Mr. Right Now, even a bit of effort on your part means there will be equal measure to be had on the other side,,that means by upping your Game, Mr. Right is also upping his.

In the spring of 2003, the filmmakers Jason Russell, Bobby Bailey, and Laren Poole traveled to Africa to document the Darfur. Instead, they changed their focus to the conflict in northern Uganda, Africa's second longest-running conflict after the Eritrean Revolutionary War. The documentary depicts the abduction of children who are used as child soldiers by Joseph Kony and his Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). Every night a group of Ugandan children walk miles to seek places of refuge in order to avoid abduction by the LRA. Their journey was captured by filmmakers Jason Russell, Bobby Bailey and Laren Poole who travelled to Africa to film the refugees in Darfur. Instead, their focus changed to the conflict in northern Uganca where Africa’s second longest war is raging. Joseph Kony is the most wanted man in Africa and is the self proclaimed leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army ( LRA) and to date as abducted and forced an estimated 66,000 children to fight for them, 90% of his fighting force. These children were forced to kill their own parents and the girls are held as sex slaves for the army. These children are forced to cut off the ears, nose and lips of captured victims.Kony has forced the internal displacement of over 2 million people since its rebellion began in 1986.[7] In 2005 Kony was indicted for war crimes by the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, but has evaded capture.[8] It’s imperative that we all get involved and put a stop to this monster who is stealing the humanity out from under these children
