Join the Unstoppable Frankie PIcasso on Tuesday, August 11th on Mission Unstoppable Radio www.blogtalkradio.com/missionunstoppable at 8:00pm est when my guest is the Unstoppable singer/songwriter Justin Hines.
Justin Hines has just released his second CD entitled , 'Chasing Silver' and he has been taking the music world by storm since he was 14 years old when he first performed the Canadian National Anthem in front of 17,000 people. Justin performs from his wheelchair, permanently seated as a result of a rare genetic disease that attacks his joints called Larsen Syndrome, but it is not his physical appearance that makes him the performer he is, it is his creative mind and vocal talents that hold audiences.
Justins physicality and his wheelchair totally disappear once the music starts. His engaging style, honest lyrics and memorable melodies compliement his slight gravelly voice, one that is reminicient of his idols, Jim Croce and Cat Stevens. Justin holds his audience from the first note and his charismatic and positive presence on stage is a gift and a talent that puts him on the A List of performers.
Justin shines on and off the stage with his positive attitude, so it is no wonder he is successful personally and professionally in spite of his physical obstacles or maybe because of them. . Justin is a creative musical force it doesn’t look like he is slowing down any time soon. He writes his melody’s on the piano, using only 7 fingers, while poetic lyrics fill his head all the time. Justin’s latest CD came out in June and is entitled, Chasing Silver
