Storm over Morocco -Peace Activist, Frank Romano

Join the Unstoppable Frankie Picasso on Tuesday, May 25th for another Mission Unstoppable on Mission Unstoppable Radio, www.blogtalkradio.com/missionunstoppable.

Tonight, Frankie's guest is Frank Romano, author, lawyer, professor and interfaith peace activist. Frank Romano is a Maître de conférences (assistant tenured professor) at the University of Paris X in the Anglo-American Literature and Civilization Department and a member of the California and Marseille Bars. At present, he teaches law, literature, history and philosophy at the University of Paris and practices law in France and in the United States

Frank's book, Storm over Morocco, is the story of his true life adventure of being an American studying in Paris, in search of the meaning and purpose of Life. While studying Philosophy at the Sorbonne, young Frank decides to leave the esoteric world of the University in search of real life adventures.

After befriending some Moroccon nationals at the restaurant where he worked in Paris, Frank was soon convinced he would find answers in Morocco. Frank soon finds himself  held prisoner by an extremist  Muslim sect in Morocco . Somehow able to resist the brainwashing from this Jihadist group, Frank narrowly escapes with his life . Today, Frank organizes and participates in interfaith peace events involving Jews, Moslems and Christians in Israel and Palestine.

This evening Frankie and Frank invite you to join them in a conversation discussing the role that religion plays in in world conflict, and how it can sometimes prevent and help lead us to world peace. We invite you to engage in dialogue for solutions for peace in the Middle East as well.
