I had a very weak immune system all my life. I always got what ever was going around and then some. Then when I was 16 I heard Paul Nison speak at my church and it wasnt long until I met several raw fooders. I made my descision and went raw for over a year. During which time I didnt get even one single cold at all!!!!! I had to switch over to cooked dead food agian due to finacial stuff and have since been struggling agian with colds and flu's and a variety of different health issues. But have decided to go raw agian because its not worth the money I will suposedly be saving to abstain from my favorite way to eat. Besides I see naturalpathic bills in the near future if I dont make some changes for the better :] So for all you peole out there that havent made the change, stop considering it and just do it!!! You will feel, look, and be wayyyy Better!!!!! Remeber the body is the temple.
